• Added scan timing information to the logfile and the active scan screen. When a scan is completed (and no alerts are shown) the total scan time taken will be displayed.

• Added routine to locate and remove Trojan.VirtuMonde config files.
• Added option to delay the execution of the FastScan at boot-time. This defaults to a delay of 2 minutes, allowing other programs to fully load first. The FastScan should then run a little faster.

• Added new scan routine: Autorun.inf files are now searched for and scanned.
• Improved registry scan to include checks of Drivers32 entries (an obscure loading point used by some recent malware).

• Added routine to check for restrictive Windows Explorer Policies and remove any that are found.
• Added new heuristic detection routine for Downloader.Agent.AWF/Trojan.Zonebac, responsible for the 'whataboutadog.com', 'whataboutarabit.com' and 'doginhispen.com' browser hijacks.
• Added routines to restore program files replaced by Downloader.Agent.awf/Trojan.Zonebac, when the backup files can be located.
• Added '/debug' option to the FastScan program. When invoked a detailed debug logfile is created which can be used by Simply Super Software to diagnose possible problems.
• Removed the program's dependence on the external Microsoft GDIPLUS.DLL file so the program will run on Windows 9x/2000 without requiring the gdiplus.dll file to be installed.

• Added new heuristic detection routine to detect Worm.Zhelatin files.
• Added new scanning routine which scans the %TEMP% Temporary Files Directory if active Malware is found loading. A number of Malware programs are copied from files originally created in this temporary files directory.
• The FastScan program has been updated to correctly locate and scan "system32" files and drivers on 64bit machines. Previously it would show numerous 'File Not Found' alerts.*Note*: Trojan Remover's main program still remains incompatible with 64bit versions of Windows. Work is progressing on making the program fully compatible.

• Added routine to look for and remove if found (changing permissions on key) malicious LEGACY registry keys.
