MeGUI is a video conversion application, which was primarily designed to be a DVD ripper, but is capable of all transcoding. It is essentially a frontend for many free tools, but also includes a number of utilities to enhance the conversion process. It supports MPEG-4 ASP (XviD & libavcodec MPEG-4) using mencoder, MPEG-4 AVC (x264) using x264.exe or mencoder, (HE)AAC audio using BeSweet & Nero AAC encoder and MP4 muxing using mp4box.

Do you guys with the application error have .NET Framework 2.0 installed? That is required for this application to run.

Everything you need for advanced encoding, Xvid or h.264. Lot's of tools and automation implemented. You will seldom run another program along side it, as this has it all.

Because of a system error... The application gets the blame? Some people... MeGUI is an excellent piece of open source software. My thanks goes out to Kurtnoise & Sharktooth for taking this application to the next level. :-)
