Absolute Video Splitter Joiner is a video splitting, joining tool. It can split AVI/DIVX, MPEG1, MPEG2, WMV/ASF to small pieces with precise time location, or join video files to a large one, in spite of source format and target format. It can also join BMP,JPEG files to a video file, with background music. So you can create your own family photo album with the software.

- Various Splitting Mode: You can split a video file by three mode:1,by amounts:split in certain parts with the same length;2,by time:split by every certain time length;3,by user settings:You can set the start-time and end-time of cutting/joining as you preview the movie.

- Output format settings: Absolute Video Splitter Joiner supports framerate, image size and video or audio codec settings. To get higher quality of target files, you can set the framerate, image size, and video or audio codec before splitting or joining.

doesn't seem to want to give me an output file bigger than 128kb. the interface is nice, but unless i'm doing something wrong, it just doesn't work. i put 2 690 mb avi's in and get 1 128-131kb avi out with nothing.
