iRingtunes v2.3

Shareware
Vista / Win2k / Win7 / Win98 / WinXP
iRingtunes from Purple Ghost Software is an easy-to-use ringtone creator designed for Apple Inc.'s iPhone handset. It can create ringtones from songs that are not protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) restrictions in your iTunes library. This saves some money as opposed to buying ringtones from the iTunes music store at a premium price.

Ringtones created for the iPhone can be between 1 and 39 seconds in length. The software is very simple to use. It scans your iTunes library and automatically lists songs that can be used to create ringtones. When you select a song, you will be prompted to use a basic slider to select a "start" point and then the length you wish the ringtone to be after that.

A click of a button later and the ringtone is added to the iTunes library. The next time the iPhone syncs with iTunes, the ringtone will be added automatically to the handset. The trial version of the software will allow you to create three ringtones before you need to unlock it.
