Quivic v6.10

Vista / Win7 / WinXP
Quivic from Wide Angle Software is a tool for downloading video content directly from YouTube - the world's largest online video hub - and provides a variety of different options to the user on what can be done with the video. A user can simply store a downloaded video in its original FLV (flash video) format and play the content, with Quivic's help, in Windows Media Player.

Alternatively, Quivic is capable of transcoding the video and audio content downloaded from YouTube to make it suitable for portable devices. For example, video can be automatically converted into the correct format for an iPod or iPhone device - Quivic can even automatically load downloaded and converted YouTube videos to the iTunes software. Multiple YouTube videos can be downloaded and converted at the same time.

Quivic also supports video output to suit Sony's PlayStation Portable (PSP) handheld games console, or Microsoft's Zune portable media player.

Some features of Quivic include..
  • Downloading videos directly from YouTube from a user-provided URL.
  • Enables playback of FLV content in Windows Media Player.
  • Can add downloaded content to the iTunes library.
  • Save and convert YouTube videos for Apple's iPod and iPhone devices.
  • Save and convert YouTube videos for Sony's PSP handheld console.
  • Save and convert YouTube videos for Microsoft's Zune PMP.
  • Save YouTube videos to WMV, H.264 or MPEG-4 formats.
  • Download and convert multiple YouTube videos simultaneously.

(Trial version allows downloading 10 YouTube videos)
