TSConverter is a program that can convert .ts files (aka MPEG Transport Stream files) into the DVR-MS format which is used natively by Windows Media Center Edition -- or vice versa.
DVR-MS is natively supported by several Microsoft Windows versions, so it is the ideal source format when user wants to watch files using Media Center or wants to stream the videos from PC to Xbox360. TSConverter also allows easy cutting of unwanted scenes using "A-B scene cutting" method for removing commercials, etc from .ts files.
TSConverter is also handy tool for extracting/demuxing "raw" video and audio material from .ts files into separate files.
