AVCHD Editor from VSO Software is a freeware AVCHD compilation tool.
It can create a personalized AVCHD structure containing just the content that you want. It can be used to crate a copy of content from Blu-ray discs, stripping away whatever stream you wish.
AVCHD Editor does not have a burning engine, but the files that result from it can be burned with many other applications or the contents can be copied to a USB key for playback on a compatible Blu-ray player (like a PlayStation 3).
