very disappointed, the product is very slow, taking up to 5 hours to convert AVI to dvd, i'd be able to convert to div-x quicker than that, andn at least i'd know that works on my dvd player! i have been through the support process and have established that dvd-r disks just DON'T work! finally after sacrificing several disks and many hours changing settings as their support team suggested, i managed to burn a LOW QUALITY video output onto DVD-RW. this is the ONLY disk that worked. it took hours, and was low quality, not the dolution advertised. and they refused to give a refund. don't buy! other avi to dvd converters worked fine on dvd-r and my dvd player, so it's just this software at fault!

I downloaded the trial version and it worked so I went to buy this program and ever since it hasnt worked. And the company wont get me my money back for something that doesnt work. DONT BUY IT

This thing sucks. It doesn't even do basics properly. I converted a 352x240 MPG to AVI and it halved the size for no reason (everything was set to auto) and no matter what I tried, I couldn't get the audio to sync up. It's fast, but who cares when everything else is bad?
