Baka MPlayer is an open source media player based on mpv and that play a host of multimedia files.
It supports common multimedia container formats like AVI and MKV and uses internal codecs to decode the embedded video and audio content within them. That means you are not required to manually install additional codecs or codec packs.
It has a simple, minimalist design that gets right to the point.
NOTE: If you have a 32-bit version of Windows, then get Baka MPlayer x86 instead. This version will ONLY work on 64-bit operating systems.
