CustomFolder can let you customise folders with icons and emblems.
If you think Folders look a little brand in Windows you can use this tool to brighten things up. It contains 48 icons and 60 emblems which can be expanded. You can add 85x85 pixels .png files named 61.png to 140.png in the CustomFolder installation folder in the EMBLEM1 folder too.
Portable mode means you can also run this without installation from a USB drive for example.
