Delete.On.Reboot can set files to be deleted during the Windows boot if needed.
Sometimes files are locked in Windows and cannot be deleted by the usual methods. This app will allow you to set a file or directory to be deleted while Windows is starting up, before an application has a chance to lock the file.
NOTE: For 32-bit Windows, download Delete.On.Reboot (32-bit) instead.
