ThisIsMyFile can unlock and/or delete locked or protected files in Windows.
If a file is locked by a process you cannot delete it through normal means. The file needs to be unlocked before you can modify or remove it.
Please be careful what you use this tool for as you might edit or remove a file that is vital to a running process.
