These tools in UltraEdit include macros, configurable syntax highlighting, code folding, project management, regular expressions for search and replace and many more. You can also edit files straight via FTP or use custom interfaces for APIs.

UltraEdit's roots go as far as 1994, when it was designed to run in Windows 3.1. Its developement and support are still up and running, however.
