With Festoon, you can add video conferencing capability to Skype and Google Talk.

Up to 200 people can join a call, with up to 8 incoming video windows (IVW's) being displayed. The Festoon plug-in resizes itself automatically to display all video feeds. You can also share windows or your entire desktop to other users.
