Time Sync is a useful freeware application that synchronizes your computer's time with an atomic clock.
It can synchronize the time through nts, time or the http protocol, connected to an atomic clock server. You can define time servers on Time Sync configuration window and make it start when Windows is started.
The app will only update the time on your computer if there is at least a five second difference compared to the super-accurate atomic clock.
