Here's a thought go after sites that sell bootleged stuff and join with the ISPs to give them tax breaks if they join in on the program.

If a site is shearing information but not selling or taking donations then it should not be blocked.

I think it is high time for p2p sharers to petition the devs of p2p programs to come up with onion-routing that actually works and to a satisfactory speed. Which of course wont happen for a few years since programs like Anomos are in their infancy stage. And they will only get slower the bigger the files are shared.

Lose-lose.

This is another about face. Virgin has been one of the to anti files share corps in the world. Like mine, Comcast, did the same a year back. Once they have their band width contained they started to realize how much money they lost. Virgin has made that same conclusion. They know who is sharing and they know they can't afford to lose a quarter of them. They are now blowing smoke to slow down or stop the final crack down for file sharing which could put them out of business.
