Unfortunately the tool is not able to convert flac files in lots of cases. I have contacted their support, but they did not provide me with any helpful answer besides that 'not all flac files are supported by our tool'. This is not what they tell you when they are selling this so-called 'unversal' converter. I was never able to get any fix or at least an estimate when this fix can be delivered and the replies from the support were pretty harsh. Don't mess with them if you do not want to pay money for an unworking utility.
