haven´t tried out the latest version, but for now this is best tool to transfere files from your linux computer to windows if you are not on lan. <br/> <br/>Most usefull if you have samba on your linux pc and that way easyly save your files to linux machine even if your "main" computer has windows. Then you just need usb stick and move winscp to it. Then only only limit is your internet connection and linux machines hdd.
