Changes for v5.50 Build 9337 - v5.52 Build 9399

Date column in Post lists and the Search tab now can be viewed as either an absolute date or, relative age. Toggle the display using ctrl-t or under Options/Advanced.
Fixed issue where setting the crosspost filter to 1 would filter everything.
Reverted to the bandwidth limiter logic from version 5.42. The one used in 5.50 and 5.51 wasn't working reliably for many people. This one is ineffective over 12mbps though.
When adding a group of RAR/PAR sets for download, either in NZB files, from the Search tab, or from a Post list, the smallest PAR2 file will get queued to the top of the list so AutoPAR will reflect the full list of files queued for download.
