The creators of the PlayStaion 3 (PS3) and Wii consoles, and the iPhone, have been handed yet another patent dispute complaint, this time from a company called Bandspeed. The company filed a lawsuit in the Western District Court of Texas last week. It claims that the manner in which the said products handle wireless communication channels infringes on two of its patents.
The company alleges that Apple, Nintendo and Sony's products are infringing its patents, and is seeking damages from the court and a permanent injunction to prevent continued violation.
