Ah yes, an email arrived with some instructions:

You'll need a credit/debit card to download games. All games are still free to try. Your card will only be charged if you buy content you love. We do want valid payment information for everyone. This is to ensure that game developers can get paid when you love their game.

XBMC and flixter will be on it. Apparently, there are 104 published games already and 8 thousand developer accounts created.

As expected, we were asked for "feedback" leading toward the retail launch on June 4.

All I can say is that the games better be reasonably priced... it's been a concern for me.

Well, that HAS been the focus all along, Jemborg, so I imagine it won't be a problem. After all, many of the first titles are going to be (inexpensive) Android titles, ported to use the Ouya's controller, rather than touchscreen. No one is going to pay $30 for Angry Birds or the like ^^' ...

I think to get the momentum rolling, there wil be a time period where the games are going to be "reasonable". After thta time and market will tell what will take off and what will flop. Hopefully it will take off, like competition.
