ST Recorder can record audio from your microphone and from your system.
You can choose the input device in the settings pane if you have multiple attached to your system. The output format can also be set, with the default as MP3. Other options are OGG, FLAC, AAC, WAV, and PCM. A destination folder for your recordings can also be defined.
Record and playback buttons are very straightforward on the GUI too.
