FireBurner v2.2.1

Shareware
Win2k / Win95 / Win98 / WinME / WinNT / WinXP
FireBurner allows users to easily burn custom data, audio or mixed mode CD's. FB can burn audio tracks from MP3 files with its on the fly decoding support.

FB could be described as "simple but advanced" software. Extremely small in size - only one single .EXE file! On the other hand it is not the easiest software to use and it offers options that newbies might not understand.

There are two special uses where FB really stands out. It is a great software for a temporary burn job you do with some computer - single .EXE file so the installation will not mess up your Windows. Also FB is very usable for burning .BIN/.CUE CD image files (or .ISO, .WAV with .CUE) you may obtain from the Internet. Also Playstation CD-images.

Interesting concept - worth checking out.

Also available for Linux on the FireBurner homepage.

FireBurner v2.2.1

I have been using FireBurner for several years and it does an excellent job. Nothing fancy, but it is fast and does exactly what it says it does!
