This software is absolute crap. It never works, or when it does, it only backs up part of your stuff.

<br/>Forget the software -- simply copy your Thunderbird folder (or rar it to compress it) and copy your bookmarks from Firefox and you're done.
<br/>
<br/>I've trusted this software one too many times and it simply doesn't work.
<br/>
<br/>If you're email and bookmarks are important to you, back them up yourself and leave this software alone.
