SVCD to VCD guide added

Dela used our article submission to send us a guide that describes how to convert an SVCD movie to VCD format.

The guide is aimed for users who are unfortunate enough to have a stand-alone DVD player that doesn't support the SVCD format, but does support VCD, and where so-called "VCD header trick" doesn't work.

Many thanks to Dela for the guide and we hope that our other registered members submit their guides to us as well using our guide submission tool.

How do I get a svcd to work? after download I play it and all I get is black screen and choppy sound another question is how do you burn an svcd to a cd if they are over 700mb???
