Written by Petteri Pyyny @ 23 Jul 2003 14:55 User comments (5)

321 Studios released a major update to their "one-click transcoding tool", DVD X Copy XPRESS that allows backing up any DVD-Video disc to a single DVD-R (or DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW) disc.
The new version, XPRESS v3.0, adds finally an option to backup a full DVD-Video disc -- not just the movie -- to a single blank recordable disc, including the menus and extras.

Full changelog is here:
  • Option to back up the entire disc
  • Support for Sanyo/Optorite drives
  • Product activation from a another computer with internet access

Trial version of XPRESS is available through 321 Studios website.

Sorry to continue the thread, but i think that DVD X Copy Xpress is mean't for DVD back up on to CD's. If you have a DVD Writer then you dont need this. I could be wrong. As the DVDXCopy forum that dRD said.

Oriphus: Nope, it's equivalent for DVD2One, Shrink, etc, i.e. copies DVD-9 discs to single DVD-R.
