jCOM1 Appoints Herbert Kindermann to the Board
ROHRBACH, Germany, July 5 /PRNewswire/ -- - Years of BPM experience for the development of international markets jCOM1 (http://www.jcom1.com), an innovative solutions provider for Business Process Management (BPM), is pleased to announce the appointment of Herbert Kindermann (54) to the Board of Directors. In his new position, the former Board Member of IDS Scheer AG will be responsible for sales and services of jCOM1 products. The expanded jCOM1 AG Board will ensure the continuity of the company's strategy and continue to pursue the goal of ambitious profitable growth. The focus will be on creating visible added value for clients through continuous improvement, and the immediate implementation of business processes in IT. This will be realized on the basis of the innovative solutions for BPM, jCOM1's suite. Prior to his move to jCOM1, Herbert Kindermann was a member of the Extended Board of IDS Scheer AG. He was the founder and Managing Director of the system vendor IBCS, which specialized in Eastern Europe and was taken over by IDS Scheer at the end of 1999. As a member of the expanded IDS Board, Mr. Kindermann remained responsible for Eastern European business. At the beginning of 2005 he was appointed to the Board of IDS Scheer where he took over responsibility for all international business. He left IDS Scheer in early 2007.
