DOCdata Acquires Contributie Services B.V.

WAALWIJK, Netherlands, December 28 /PRNewswire/ --     DOCdata N.V. today announces that Triple Deal B.V., a
majority-owned subsidiary of DOCdata, has bought all issued shares of
Contributie Services B.V. in Utrecht from Conclusion B.V., who founded the
company.

With the acquisition of Contributie Services B.V., DOCdata has
taken the next step in repositioning the company that is listed at Euronext
Amsterdam. Michiel Alting von Geusau, CEO of DOCdata N.V.: "More and more

Contributie Services manages the collection of recurring
payments for clubs and organisations that have members or customers who
regularly have to make payments. The processing and collection of payments is
a time-consuming and complex activity for most clubs and companies.
Contributie Services takes over the responsibility to process membership or
customer payments. This leads to a more efficient cash management with less
open invoices. Major Dutch sport clubs and national Dutch sport associations
are already using Contributie Services. An efficient collection, and because
of that a better cash situation, is also important for all kind of
associations, utility companies, charities, etc.. For this, Contributie
Services has the knowledge and in-house software available. This acquisition
is therefore a very welcome addition for a payment-service-provider such as
Triple Deal, and is a further reinforcement of the current market position of
