Spannerworks was acquired by iCrossing in February of 2007. The
integration enables iCrossing to better serve its growing client base of
Global Fortune 500 clients by combining the two companies' specialty services
in search marketing, social media and Web development, and corresponding
proprietary technologies.

Arjo Ghosh, founder and CEO of Spannerworks, has been named CEO of
iCrossing U.K., reporting to Don Scales, president and COO, iCrossing. Ghosh
will be based in Brighton, leading the company's corporate development and
operations in Europe, which currently includes office locations in London and
Brighton.

"For the past year, Spannerworks and iCrossing have been operating as one
company, with a shared belief that search is the common pathway to all
digital marketing," said Jeffrey Herzog, founder and global CEO of iCrossing.
"One brand, supported by this common belief, will fortify iCrossing's
position in the global marketplace and strengthen our ability to deliver
global digital marketing programs to our clients."

"It makes sense that a company delivering integrated digital marketing
services to global clients be fully integrated," said Ghosh. "Over the past
year, iCrossing has grown to become one of the largest digital marketing
companies in the world, and this integration makes us a truly global digital
marketing company with search at the core."

In December of 2007, iCrossing announced the complete integration of
marketing technology provider Sharp Analytics and Web development leader
Proxicom, acquired by iCrossing earlier in the year. iCrossing also received
an additional investment of US$62 million in 2007, led by Goldman Sachs and
Oak Investment Partners to fuel its acquisition and organic growth strategy.

To mark today's news iCrossing has released a video of Herzog and Ghosh
discussing the integration in the context of the growing importance of social
media in digital communications. The video can be viewed at
