ZUG, Switzerland, March 4 /PRNewswire/ --     Swiss Hawk AG's portfolio company Motion Network Holding Plc ("MNH") 
continues its policy to implement local partnerships in Europe to create 
country platforms in charge of domestic advertising sales, local content 
production and e-commerce solutions. MNH has announced that it has concluded 
a local partnership deal with Komuna to create a Balkan regional platform for 
the exploitation of the following territories: Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, 
Bosnia, Croatia, Macedonia, Albania and Romania. Mr Maksa Catovic (prominent 
Serbian producer) will run the business for the Balkan region.

MNH will be the majority shareholder with a 55% shareholding in the new
partnership entity and will supply 90% of subtitled programs in the Balkan
regions, common programmes for global Europe.

Komuna will make the most of this peculiar and diverse region. Komuna's
CEO Mr Maksa Catovic is an experienced movie producer who has produced such
international box office films as "Underground" and "Black Cat, White Cat" by
Emir Kusturica. Komuna is considered to be the leading Yugoslav independent
TV program producer and has produced a wide range of TV programs (music
programs, documentaries on music and TV series). Mr Catovic has created an
integrated media company - movie, TV, music, publishing - thus Komuna is the
ideal partner for MNTV in the Balkan region.
