Beggars Group and QTRAX Sign Digital License Contract

Chairman and CEO of QTRAX Allan Klepfisz announced today that Beggars
Group has signed a digital distribution licensing agreement with QTRAX, the
free and legal ad-supported peer-to-peer music network.

The Beggars Group is considered the largest and most influential
independent group of labels in the UK. The flagship label within Beggars
Group, Beggars Banquet, is a British independent record label that began as a
chain of record shops. Mr. Martin Mills is Chairman of Beggars Group and has
