Exostar Names Amabel Grant VP of International Business

Amabel Grant has joined Exostar, the leader in secure multi-enterprise
collaboration solutions for aerospace and defence (A&D), as the company's
vice president of international business. Grant, a recognized leader in
e-commerce and business-to-business exchanges, supports Exostar's expansion
in international A&D and government markets. Grant will work with Exostar's
international client roster from her U.K. base, helping customers create
secure, efficient information sharing processes that improve overall program
success rates.

During the past ten years, Grant has worked at the intersection of
procurement, technology and collaboration practices. She is widely recognized
for her work on developing common procurement interoperability standards for
the U.K. public sector, which have since become the standards specification
adopted by the European Union as a model of best practice. Grant joins
Exostar from Hedra PLC where she led a team that developed the e-tendering
system for the London 2012 Olympics.
