Hercules Offshore Officer Resigns

Hercules Offshore, Inc. (Nasdaq: HERO) announced today that Steven A.
Manz, Sr. Vice President Planning and Corporate Development has resigned his
position at Hercules Offshore effective August 31, 2007.
