VideoJug, (http://www.videojug.com) the world's most popular video
learning site announces its first major international licensing deal with
Agora, Poland's leading media group.

Agora, which boasts over 50 internet brands and 17 million unique users
per month across these sites, will initially localise several hundred
VideoJug films into Polish and then distribute them across their vertical web
properties, including Gazeta.pl (http://www.gazeta.pl), a leading portal
visited by almost 45% of Polish web users. Agora will also potentially
syndicate the localised films to other local web properties.

For VideoJug, the partnership verifies the international demand for high
quality, professionally produced learning and instructional video content.
VideoJug will be capitalising on this demand by syndicating elements of its
40,000 film library to international media groups.

Tomasz Józefacki, head of Agora's Internet Division: "We're very excited
to be working with VideoJug. We believe the opportunity for professionally
made How to content is unexploited in Poland. Working with VideoJug was a
natural choice as their library of content is vast and because of the
quality, the films will be easy to localize for the Polish market and will be
attractive for our advertisers."

Nancy Cruickshank, Global CEO, VideoJug: "Partnering with such a well
established company as Agora is great news for VideoJug. By doing so, we are
extending the reach of our knowledge network into new markets, reacting to
the international demand for good quality, non fictional, short-form web
ready content. Our content has been shot in HD and is specifically designed
to enable rapid localisation, so international media groups can generate
revenues rapidly from our library. Online video is becoming a hugely exciting
and dynamic market and VideoJug will continue to be at the forefront of
this."
