network applications, has taken over one of the largest WLAN networks in
Finland, the DNA WLAN network. The agreement includes the acquisition of
DNA's complete WLAN business: network infrastructure, contracts with the
venues as well as the end-subscribers. The acquired network consists mainly
of hotels and congress centres, but also other venues, such as cafes and the
Helsinki International Airport.

DNA re-assessed its WLAN strategy in 2007 and decided to divest its WLAN
assets. As both the venue owners within the WLAN network and the subscribers
are important customers for DNA in other business areas, it was of utmost
importance that the WLAN business was be taken over by a company that could
be relied on delivering a high quality service and trustworthy partnership to
the venue owners and DNA subscribers, also in the future.
