Ô?∑¬†80% of financial services hiring managers expect to focus on permanent hiring
Ô?∑¬†New headcount is anticipated in 35% of financial services¬†businesses
Ô?∑¬†Talent retention is the key personnel challenge for hiring managers in financial services
