RGIS Continues European Expansion Acquiring EXACOD in France

RGIS announced today the continuation of its expansion in Europe with the
acquisition of EXACOD, an inventory provider in France. RGIS continues to
expand in Europe as part of an initiative to be the European leader in
inventory services.

EXACOD, founded in 1998 is an inventory provider for retail, specialized
retail and fixed asset inventories. With 140 employees located in offices
across France EXACOD posted revenue of 10 million euros, servicing very loyal
customers.
