- Former Wipro Senior Executive Joins Mastek as Managing Director for 
Europe

Mastek, the international software solutions company, has
appointed Kees Ten Nijenhuis as Managing Director, Mastek Europe. This is a
UK executive board appointment and Ten Nijenhuis' primary role at Mastek will
be to grow Mastek's European operations through the UK Leadership Team.

Ten Nijenhuis' appointment is in conjunction with a reshuffle
of the Mastek UK executive board, which has resulted in Joe Venkataraman
taking on new challenges in the role of Director, Strategic Initiatives for
Mastek Group. During his long service as Managing Director with Mastek UK,
Joe has delivered significant growth, turning the UK business into the
largest of all the Mastek Group regions.

Ten Nijenhuis has over 25 years of industry experience. Prior
to joining Mastek, he spent six years leading the growth of Wipro's European
IT services business from a small Indian-based IT service outsourcer to a
thriving multi-billion dollar operation. The first 20 years of Ten Nijenhuis'
career was spent within a variety of global technology, manufacturing and
service companies including Siebel Systems, Texas Instruments, LCI Technology
Group and Fokker Aircraft to name a few, predominantly in sales and marketing
executive roles.
