Qind Blogazine Goes Live Online
LONDON, January 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The first issue of Qind Blogazine (pronounced Kind)
(http://www.qindblogazine.com ) is now live. This is
an artistic online magazine primarily targeted at the cosmopolitan gay
community, offering an exciting new range of lifestyle options and
alternatives. As the word 'Blogazine' suggests, Qind features user-generated
content coupled with a unique editorial style and sensibility to create a new
online experience for the its audience.
Qind has a clear mission: to improve the quality of life of its
readership by presenting multiple individual experiences on specific issues.
The editorial team is keen to partner with other organisations that can
provide editorial content, RSS feeds, advertising, and reciprocal website
links.
Creating Qind as an online magazine with user-generated content offered a
number of challenges. After considering various design companies, the Qind
editorial team chose Limetree Technologies Ltd, a leading London-based agency
with a record of successful online commercial projects.
Editor and publisher of Qind, Victor Nartey, commented: "I am delighted
with the result. We established a great working relationship with Limetree to
come up with an excellent creative solution that perfectly meets our vision
of an online experience that appeals to our discerning target market.
Happily, the project was delivered on time and to budget."
Managing Director of Limetree Malcolm Graham added: "The site uses our
bespoke content management system so that the team at Qind can update the
contents of the site themselves. The site has a very interesting aesthetic
that was quite challenging to achieve using search engine-friendly
techniques. The development was done entirely by the Limetree team with no
third party involvement."
