TITAN Technology Partners, a global provider of consulting and outsourced
industry solutions, today announced it has acquired the business of UK based
Intalec Partnership LLP. Intalec operations will be renamed TITAN Technology
Partners. Intalec is a respected consulting and managed services provider
focused on delivering SAP industry solutions to clients throughout Europe in
growing industry segments including Business Services, Manufacturing, and
Financial Services. The acquisition expands TITAN's footprint in Europe for
TITAN's global client base and expands TITAN's industry offerings for SAP.
The acquisition will enable Intalec clients to leverage the entire breadth of
TITAN capabilities from IT Strategy, Hosting, Education Services/Training,
Corporate Performance Management, and other ERP-based platform solutions.

James Crossley has been appointed Senior Vice President Corporate
Administration, Europe. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Crossley was a
co-founder and served as a Designated Partner of Intalec, bringing over 20
years experience in providing technology solutions to middle-market firms. He
and his team built Intalec into a highly respected SAP solution provider
throughout the European market, becoming one of only three SAP Gold Partners

Europe. Mr. Page also brings over 20 years sales and management experience in

Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Page was a co-founder of Intalec and a
Designated Partner. Mr. Page also managed business development for the
company.
