Telekom. The service is called wireless roaming(WIRO) and enables customers
to make calls from their dual-mode handsets with Wi-Fi support irrespective
of their location, and also in the absence of a SIM card in the handset. In
addition to dual mode handsets, WIRO can be used with PC and any SIP based
phone. The service is available through the Internet and provides the users

operator in Turkey, WIRO removes the boundaries of coverage for the company
and offers a perfect roaming solution to its customers.
