take place at Expocentre in May 12 - 15, 2009, has got official support of
the Ministry of Telecommunications and Mass Communications of the Russian
Federation.

The Minister of Communications Igor Shchegolev assumes that
"the exhibition possesses impressive potential and is worthy of support as
one of the most significant branch forums."

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, with the support and
participation of the core federal bodies and also the Government of Moscow.

The American company E.J. Krause & Associates, Inc. is acting
as the partner of Expocentre in organizing the exhibition. Sviaz-Expocomm has
a more than thirty years long history and is the most large-scale in Russia
and Eastern Europe show of telecommunications equipment, control systems,
information technologies and communications services.

Last year 676 companies from 24 countries demonstrated their
achievements in the field of communications systems and info communications
technologies at the exhibition. The total exhibition area exceeded 40 000
square meters.

This year's international participation in the show promises
to be no less representative.

Svyaz-Expocomm-2009. The US Department of Commerce is cooperating with the
organizers of Sviaz-Expocomm-2009 on a permanent basis. The Chinese pavilion
is to function at the exhibition for the fourth time, the Taiwan pavilion for
the fifth, and the Indian is to function for the second successive year.

The South Korean companies are regular participants with their
pavilion, but the Israeli Export Institute is organizing the Israel national
pavilion for the first time.

A new international congress-exhibition project
Navitech-Expo-2009 is to be launched this year on the basis of
Sviaz-Expocomm-2009. Its main topic is to be the possibilities of using the
national global satellite navigation system GLONASS and various aspects of
its use both in Russia and abroad. Simultaneously the Third International
Satellite Navigation Forum is to take place at Expocentre.

The idea of holding in parallel with Sviaz-Expocomm-2009 a
novel independent exhibition on navigation systems, technologies and
services, was supported by core ministries interested in the fastest
commercialization of navigation services. At present the GLONASS developers
have something to offer business, housing and public utilities services and
also mass consumers.
