Stream Opens Second Contact Centre in Tunis, Tunisia

AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, September 18 /PRNewswire/ --

Stream, a leading global outsourcing company, has announced the opening
of a second contact centre in Tunis, Tunisia. The development of this second
site is a direct result of the success Stream has had with its first Tunisian
site, which was opened in 2004. Both sites will remain primarily focused on
French language technical support and customer service and will operate as
satellites to Stream's facilities in Angers and Velizy, France. Additionally,
Stream is reviewing the opportunity to offer Italian and Arabic support from
Tunis and plans to offer these languages from the site in the near future.

"The new location will provide additional capacity for both French
clients and clients throughout EMEA," said Harry Jackson, Stream's senior
vice president EMEA operations. "The 550-seat facility provides an excellent
addition to allow for Stream's continued expansion plans for the French Smart
Shore strategy."

Stream's Smart Shore(SM) methodology is a consultative approach to site
selection based on a given client's unique support needs. The company's
global infrastructure and locations enable Stream to determine the best mix
of onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations for a client's support needs:
based on the product line, the customer set, the contact channels, and the
type of support required.

Jacques Pitel, Stream's vice president for the French region adds:
"Combining the skills of our Velizy and Angers sites with the capabilities of
the Tunis location has proven to be very successful in meeting the demanding
criteria of our clients in terms of technical support requirements."

As a leading provider of outsourced technical support and customer
service, Stream's service offerings are based on the company mission -- to
deliver an exceptional customer experience. Stream built its reputation with
the high-tech client base it continues to focus on today -- software
publishers, computer hardware manufacturers, consumer electronics companies,
and Internet service providers.

With the launching of this second site in Tunisia, Stream's global reach
now includes 30 sites in 16 countries.
