Bulk Rename Utility allows you to easily rename multiple files or folders and change their time stamps and attributes at the same time. In renaming you can use extremely flexible criteria. You can remove or add digits, symbols characters and words, append dates/clock times in many formats, auto-number files with flexible rules. As you set criterias, program automatically previews the new naming conventions, so it is safe to try various criterias.

This program suits every kinds of renaming but is especially recommended for digital camera owners. No more folders full of S3400323.jpg, S3400324.jpg, S3400325.jpg etc. Files can be easily renamed e.g 06.06.06_1.jpg, 06.06.06_2.jpg, 06.06.06_3.jpg or you can take date/time information from files’ date stamps.

For Photo batch renaming, Pennock's Photo Renamer is better and offers thumbnail views of all your pics! It is free; just google it.
