How an earth can a phone manufacturer produce a phone in this day and age with NO 3G or WIFI is beyond me!
someone in the R&D deparment wants sacking; they have probably cost the company millions of dollars in potential sales.

There is no 3G because 3G does not exist in china. It does have china's equivelant. It does not have wifi because this decreases bandwitdth useage and cell providor proffits.

Not sure if China is the same as korea, but in Korea no phones have wifi. Think it's due to the service providers making a profit on charging for it. Actually one new phone has wifi that i've seen,so maybe times are a changin.
