After a day, the transfer had not been done so Ellison called in and George called her back saying the photo retrieval would be done.
Supposedly, the already creepy situation took a turn for the worse. George called her back, said he had made a CD of the photos, and that she should drive by to pick it up from his house.
Ellison then contacted her lawyer. "I felt sick. I'm a woman. I love to model. I'm not a model, but I love to model. I have some pretty racy photos of myself, for me. Even the words 'Best Buy' gives me chills," says Ellison in a taped video.
There were about 900 pictures on the phone, including those of her kids and her grandfather who recently passed away.
Best Buy made a quick statement and fired the employee: "First and foremost, we apologize to this customer for an unfortunate experience caused by what appears to be rogue action against our code of conduct, specifically related to our trade-in program. We hope to restore her trust."
