SVCD to VCD guide added

Dela used our article submission to send us a guide that describes how to convert an SVCD movie to VCD format.

The guide is aimed for users who are unfortunate enough to have a stand-alone DVD player that doesn't support the SVCD format, but does support VCD, and where so-called "VCD header trick" doesn't work.

How do I get a svcd to work? after download I play it and all I get is black screen and choppy sound another question is how do you burn an svcd to a cd if they are over 700mb??? Please help
