Turkcell, the largest mobile operator in Turkey and the one of the top
three in Europe with over 37 million subscribers as of December 31, 2008, has
expanded its capacity with Novarra to offer full rich internet access across
its entire portfolio of handsets. Available for more than a year, the service
continues to deliver substantial growth in subscribers and data usage.
Utilizing the powerful analytics and reporting systems within Novarra's
Vision(TM) mobile internet platform, Turkcell was able to understand customer
usage trends and behaviors to enhance the service.

Novarra's Vision(TM) platform for mobile internet and multimedia is
integrated with Turkcell's mobile portal to provide customers with high speed
web access to sites of their choice and includes advanced usability options
such as SmartNav(TM) and Snapshot view. The operator-grade Vision server is
an integral network component for web content transformation, network
acceleration, content optimization and device specific customization.
Novarra's Mobile Dashboard(TM) includes one-click links to popular sites,
webmail and search.
