VLC v1.1.11

Super easy to install and use! Very helpful for playing video/audio that doesnt work in programs like Windows Media Player.

Total waste of time. Downloaded for Windows 7 Home premium, as soon as I tried to open an MP4 file it crashed.

VLC v1.1.11

this utility installs 685 files and STILL cannot play MANY multimedia files that 1 unique file called MPlayer can play !
MPlayer has all the libavcodec library compiled in it. VLC installs each codec separately and requires 684 files.
Why make it sumply if the french "ecole centrale" students manage to make it so complicated !
