Nintendo brings black Wii accessories to US In June, Nintendo introduced the first non-white Wii console in Japan, along with black accessories.
Today, Nintendo has launched the accessories in the United States, offering the Wii remote and nunchuk in black.

The controllers are exactly the same as their white versions, however the remote includes MotionPlus and a black protective jacket.

The remote will retail for $50 USD and the Nunchuk for $20. Both are expected to go on sale on November 16th.

This of course only means that the Japanese have learned from the ever wise double-dipping movie studios, and are probably laughing their asses off, ass legions of Wii fans wait with bated breath for the inevitable release of the black console itself in the U.S.

I agree with SuckRaven.
And XSilvenX, you're missing the concept of double dipping.
In other words Nintendo is going to let all of us STUPID americans buy up Black accessories, then they will release the black console in a few months.
If they released the black console now with black accessories, they wouldn't make any money on us for JUST the accesssories.
